What could be more romantic for Valentine's Day than raspberries and whipped cream? Okay, sprinkle on a little chocolate and serve with a dozen red roses and you've just found the perfect way to enjoy an elegant dessert on your Formula boat. Our classic "Raspberry Fool" is so easy with just three simple ingredients. It's a breeze to make on your boat.

1 cup - Heavy Cream
8 ounces - Fresh Raspberries
4 teaspoons (or to taste) - Sugar

Chill a bowl and wire whisk in the refrigerator. Rinse the raspberries and save a few for garnish. Muddle (lightly mash) the remaining raspberries in a bowl and sprinkle with two Teaspoons of sugar. Stir gently and place in refrigerator.

Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whip with the wire whisk until it looks like whipped cream. Sprinkle with two teaspoons of sugar and gently whisk to blend.

Place a small amount of the muddled raspberries in the bottom of two glasses or goblets. Set aside about two more tablespoons of the muddled raspberries. Gently fold the remaining raspberries into the whipped cream---do not over blend. Carefully spoon the whipped cream and raspberry mixture into the glasses to fill halfway. Then add a layer of the remaining muddled raspberries to each glass. Finish with the whipped-cream mixture and garnish with grated chocolate and fresh raspberries.

(For extra flavor, you can add a splash of your favorite liqueur to the raspberries and/or a 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract to the whipped cream).
