The Shipyard Marine 2008 Rendezvous kicked off on July 18, 2008, at Stone Harbor Resort with over 200 guests! The weather, the spectacular array of Formulas and the day were picture perfect. The weekend couldn't have been better!

On Friday, the group started the weekend off with snacks at the Tiki Hut to reminisce and catch up on each other’s boating adventures.

The next day, Shipyard had their captains’ meeting followed by a "Grand Prix" start to their first stop of the day, JJ's restaurant. The restaurant is located only feet from the beautiful Green Bay shoreline in North Sister Bay, Door County, WI, and has a patio overlooking the pristine waters of the bay. After lunch, the group headed toward Chambers Island for an afternoon of boating, swimming and games.

As the evening approached, it was time to get in full swing for the "Roaring 20s" costume party. The costumes were outstanding, as nearly everyone got into the groove of dressing up. After a scrumptious buffet and decadent desserts, prizes were awarded for best costume. Afterwards, Little Vito and the Torpedoes provided an excellent selection of music for listening and dancing. A great time was had by all!
