Holtz—Ready for for a 31 PC

I wanted to let you know about the great sales and service experience I have had with the Trenton Marine Center in Trenton, New Jersey. Late last summer, I decided to venture back into boating after a 10-year hiatus. I stumbled into Trenton and met a young salesman named Dave Schwab. I described my needs to Dave and after about three or four visits landed on a used boat. Dave has a very low key but persuasive style that made me very comfortable. As a national sales director for Merck Pharmaceutical, I know a little something about selling skills and Dave has solid ones.

I could not get my mind off a larger Formula PC with twin engines. So, back I went to Dave and the negotiations began on a beautiful 2001 31 PC...Jim Daughenbaugh and his partner in the service department, Patrick Tipton, jumped right on the PC. Both of these guys have been just tremendous getting the 31 ready. I am the quintessential boating novice and these guys have been infinitely patient...I am very grateful for their very professional and courteous service. These guys...made me feel like my boat was the only one in the shop---they truly get a "10" in my book for customer care.

So, the short story here is---if you treat folks right, they will continue to come back. The guys at Trenton have the “Formula” down in my book! I will buy there again.
