Shum's---Loving Formula Life

(As written to Northwest Boat Center)

I just wanted to drop you a note to both sing your praises as well as mention one small item related to recent service. First off, I appreciate the quality of service from you and your entire team at Northwest Boat Center. The responsiveness, willingness to always answer my questions at any hour and helpful "hand-holding" has been great. I remember when you told me before I made my decision that I would get better service from your organization than from the other guys---you have lived up to that promise 100%.

It’s for that reason, along with the fact that I absolutely love the boat, that you will have a customer for life. I'm convinced we bought the best. It sure catches everyone's eye every time we take it out. I’m not exaggerating when I say that we have two neighbors who tell us that they want to get one just like it!! Our plan is to get a second boat next summer---a bigger cruiser. I hope Formula has something that will meet what we are looking for, since that is our first choice of brand.
