The Jackson's--Formula 37PC Owners

Betty and I were re-introduced to boating when some co-workers and dear friends purchased their first boat in 2002 and started inviting us down to Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee for the weekends. We were immediately hooked and stumbled into a leftover 2004 Sea Ray 260 Sundancer in the summer of 2005.

We became avid boaters and couldn’t wait for Thursday evenings so we could make the 3 1/2 hour trip to the lake for the weekend. It didn’t take us old-timers very long to reach a unanimous decision that we simply had to have more room if we were to continue enjoying our passion and remain married.

The crew at Hilltop Marine is like none other we've ever encountered. Kyle Damron joined Formula about the same time Betty and I started our search for a replacement boat. That incredible young man made it his personal mission to work with us until he/we found the perfect Formula for our situation. It was kind of like we both started with Formula at the same time.

The amount of professionalism, unwavering support and patience that Kyle exhibited could be a model for any person in sales to adopt. Had it not been for Kyle and the others (David, Christi, Barry and Greg) at Hilltop...we wouldn’t be sharing our experiences with you today.

We had heard from many boating friends, along with employees of Formula, that the Formula family is a close group of folks that share one common mission and goal--to produce the very best production boat in the country and help owners enjoy their investment to the highest level possible.

Virtually everything we heard and read has come true. Aside from everything that the good folks at Hilltop have done, the folks in your shop have been openly available and very receptive to our endless "rookie" questions. Scott Smith, Kerry Davis and Lisa Clifton have always responded to our bizarre, crazy emails in a professional and courteous manner. Betty and I still hope to make the trip up to Decatur, Indiana, one of these days so we can meet those willing to tolerate us for a day and expand our appreciation for what each and every one of the crew up there has done so that we can enjoy the boat of our dreams.

Our personal goal is to have additional Formula owners at our lake so we can enjoy getting together and exchanging stories.

Take care and may your day be filled with many pleasantries!

Greg and Betty Sue Jackson
