Beach Baby ll--206 LSOur 1993 252 LS, "Beach Baby," was truly a member of our family. We owned a 206 LS and moved up in 1994. We boated around the Chicago area and attended rendezvous in Sandusky and Glencove Marine, Lake of the Ozarks. People were very impressed how a 25-foot boat handled on the water at 75 mph. We would say, "That's what you can expect from a Formula!!" On January 18, 2007, there was a fire at the Racine County Fairgrounds. One of the pole barns burnt to the ground...we were in total shock. I started looking online for another Formula. We knew that we could only have a Formula...you can't go backwards, and nothing but a Formula would do! We finally found what we hoped would be our new boat in Ogdensburg, New York. We drove up there at the end of March. A few days later...we trailered our new 1994 Formula home. We waxed and cleaned her up and named her "Beach Baby ll." Here is a picture of the boat after the fire, and then is a picture of Beach Baby ll. Sincerely, |
