Casey's 242 LS Formula
When I bought the boat I converted it to a bowrider, but maintained the cabin. This provides me with the protection and comfort of the “lounge” area while giving me the benefit of the bowrider. This plan works out extremely well for my family and generates a lot of inquiries. With a few people in the bow area, the boat has perfect balance and performs better than having everyone in the rear. I believe that this layout gives the boat more flexibility and features than most bowriders. I am the proud owner of a 1985 Formula 242 LS, which I think is the best boat in the world. I have owned it for 12 years and it is as solid as the day it was built. I tow it to the USA and all around Eastern Canada each year and use it in the roughest parts of the Atlantic Ocean. It never lets me down.
