Seabury's Vintage Formula

I'd like to share my Vintage Formula with you, from more of a fishing perspective. She's a '74 Formula F-233-C with the original powerplant (Mercruiser 225 HP Ford 302 with TR-II drive system). This 32-year-old Formula is a true testament to the quality you folks continue to incorporate into your new boats.

I bought her in 2002 from the original owner in Michigan. She still has the 1974 Michigan "license plates." on the hull from the very first registration, and even came with the original '73 EZ Loader Trailer with the mooncaps!

My wife and I cruise in her our fair share, but I primarily use her as a fishing boat, and have been offshore as far as 100 miles out to the Canyons. She has caught mako, thresher, and blue sharks, tuna and a miriad of inshore fish species. Her sea keeping abilities are incredible, having had her out in 9-foot seas offshore (not by choice)! These 233 hulls have quite a following in the fishing "community" and are a legend!
