How do I contact the Formula Guard administrator?

The Formula Guard administrator for most model year boats 2001 thru 2005 is Marine Innovations/MI Administrators.

Dial 1-952-473-0255, or visit their website at www.miadministrators.com.  The exception to this general rule is agreements dated January 1, 2004 or later (for 2005 model year or older boats).  These agreements are administered by Brunswick Product Protection Corporation.  Dial 1-800-950-3808, or visit their web site, www.boatwarranty.com

The Formula Guard administrator for most model year boats 2006 through 2008 is Interstate National Dealer Services.

Dial 1-888-867-7626, or visit their website at www.inds.com.

For model year boats 2009 and newer, the FOrmula Guard administrator is AMT Warrenty/Warrantech.

Is the Formula Guard 5-Year Limited Protection Plan transferable?

Model Year 2005 and older boats:  All the benefits of Formula Guard can be transferred one time, from the first to the second retail owner. As of July, 2004, a transfer fee of $50 is required. To transfer the plan's registration, call Marine Innovations at 1-800-950-3808, and provide the hull identification number of the boat.

Model Year 2006 and newer boats:  All the benefits of Formula Guard are fully transferable to succeeding owners (unlimited transfers). To transfer the plan's registration, call the appropriate administrator directly.

Copies of Formula Guard policy booklets/owners manuals are available for viewing and download in the 'About Formula' section of our website. Keep in mind coverage is dependent on model year.  Formula Guard is administered by a third party (see details at http://www.formulaboats.com/owners/formulaguard.aspx) and is subject to their guidelines.
